What I’m seeing for rounds today
Pre-Seed: $1-2M at $8-12M post w/ $0-100k ARR
Seed: $3-5M at $12-18M post w/ $0-300k ARR
Seed+: $2-3M at $18-25M post w/ $300k-$1.5M ARR
Series A: $8-12M at $40-60M post w/ $1.5M+ ARR
The biggest range is Series A, rest have remained steady

What Im seeing close for our deals and ones we don’t do but pursue, but added carta and Angelita tables as reference

Those figures are largely dominated by the coasts. The deal metrics I see in the teams I mentor at Techstars Ft. Worth and Chicago are much smaller at those respective stages.

Looking at a few techstars companies now and they are in range but those are nyc, miami and LA ones so likely correct

Seed, $600k - $2.2mm, $8mm post, $300k - $500k ARR

investors paying 26-40x revenue makes no sense. all of those valuations are arbitrary and can go lower.

Multiples don’t matter at this stage tho, all about ownership and check sizes based on fund sizes

For Pre-Seed, Seed, Seed+ rounds, I'm seeing valuations about 1/2 those stated numbers. (Midwest focus)
