As I get older I realize working out daily isn’t about trying to get abs or bench press more, but about building consistency and mental capacity for yourself. Find your routine for mental expansion.

When I started working with my personal trainer I told him my goal was "to get stronger". Throughout the process I've gained physical, mental and emotional strength. You're spot on, at this stage in our lives it's less about vanity and more about expansion and longevity.
