When and how should we be using ajmalin? Any indications for other antiarrhythmics in these patients except for adenosin?

What i find really interesting is the non-pharmacological strategies in ending SVT.. for stimulating the vagus😉.. sometimes seeing the IV does the trick😂

Is it only my ED where so many of the nursing staff (including me) have developed SVT/ AVNRT (11 and counting) and gone on to have ablations. Perk of the job or coincidence..?
