@heli_med_james @TheResusRoom What i find really interesting is the non-pharmacological strategies in ending SVT.. for stimulating the vagus😉.. sometimes seeing the IV does the trick😂

@heli_med_james @TheResusRoom Is it only my ED where so many of the nursing staff (including me) have developed SVT/ AVNRT (11 and counting) and gone on to have ablations. Perk of the job or coincidence..?

I’m interested on your take of Modified Valsava + your medication choices for Sedation for the Responsove/Unstable pt. that needs electrical/mechanical cardioversion. Here are our guidelines for same to be rolled out this year in Ireland
