I’m at LAX and I went through security with my shoes on today 😄. The agent who checked my passport before joining the long line told me we no longer have to take off shoes.
Change is afoot at airport security checkpoints. CBS News has learned the TSA is rolling back the requirement travelers remove their shoes for standard security screening. The change is in effect at some airports and coming to more soon. We noticed shoes on at LAX and LGA today.
