Because the entire #ZondoCommission is void & invalid from inception. Zondo had no legal standing to be #StateCaptureInquiry commissioner due to actively participating in the selection process of S84(2)(f). But journalists are useless AF at understanding law & the constitution.
A ruse. What have investigators / prosecutors been doing since the hearings started in Jan 2018? Why rely on a database when you could subpoena evidence from the source? Why weren’t dockets opened, investigated and evidence lawfully secured as needed during the hearings? 🤷♂️

The #StateCaptureInquiry, its reports & all related legal matters are void. Zondo's recommendation & appointed as commissioner was invalid & unlawful. You can't be consider a candidate & benefit from a constitutional administrative process you actively participate in.
Chief Justice Zondo (rtd) sold South Africans a dummy at the State Capture Commission. The Zizi Kodwa case proves this point.

Esp. since the #ZondoCommission, its reports & all related legal matters are invalid & void. Zondo was exempted from being appointed #StateCaptureInquiry commissioner & lacked locus standi, actively participated in the selection process of S84(2)(f) - delegated tasks by Mogoeng.
There is no crime called State Capture, so the NPA is going to loose all the cases because they have allowed politicians to mislead them and told them to believe in State Capture

The #StateCaptureInquiry was void & invalid. Zondo had no legal standing to be the commissioner. He actively participated in the selection process of S84(2)(f) when CJ Mogoeng delegated tasks to him. He was exempted from being appointed due to unduly being benefited.
@BrendaWardle @phakxx If the history was real and as deep as to require that Zondo recuse himself then Zuma should have pointed this out when his name was raised for appointment. Sure he was entitled to tell the CJ of his history with Zondo & ask for another name rather than raise this years later.
