Embedding cells from @observablehq notebooks in a static JupyterLite website via an in-browser Python kernel powered by @pyodide, thanks to the observable-jupyter library by @ballingt. Sounds crazy but it works!🤯.

Used @observablehq for the first time. Observable (akin to Jupyter) by @mbostock is an online IDE like Excel-but-then-for-JavaScript: interactive, instantly reactive code (data, formulas, functions), with explanatory text or a narrative between code snippets. It was a fun day.

Oh man observable-jupyter by @ballingt is so cool. Look how smoothly this runs on a *cloud notebook* as it's all happening on the front end 🥹⚡️ via @observablehq cells. Made w/ @plotlygraphs (.js). #DataScience #ML

Playing with @neocartocnrs's awesome Bertin.js in Jupyter. Because why would Observable get all the love? 😄.

It's becoming very easy to copy/paste code from Observable and run it in JupyterLab. Here is @neocartocnrs's BertinJS Observable notebook:.And here is the Jupyter notebook:.You can process data in Python and use it in ipyobservable.
