Currently working on obtaining the Wicker Pup so I can do the pet battle for the felcycle mount. In Drustvar, the Bespelled Chest is simply not there. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this thing to spawn? I can interact with the torches but it doesn't do anything:

Incognitro inc.... for anyone that has done the felcycle already, does it matter what ilvl char you do it on? like would an undergeared 80 be fine?
