My aunt’s carer couldn’t come to work because her husband beat the shit out of her and they’re at the police station. Last time I was working on helping her get to Dsvrt but she later forgave him. The DV won’t stop and she’s not ready to move out idg it.

@MayorMillzz @Saifthesage it used to be Domestic and Violence Response team before they changed it with a bill passed to support it in 2011 it was DSVRT that arrested Gentry.. Mercy Aigbes ex husband in 2017. its been a thing in Lagos for a while.. its not recent

Every year there is always harassment, harm or some form of abuse and they are never prepared. After all the work around this in Nigeria, you would think they would connect with DSVRT, Mirabel Centre or any other entity to put safeguards in place. Always response not prevention.

The VC was given seven days to produce Babalola and when the VC invited the randy lecturer for questioning, InclusiveSWEF said he admitted to committing the crime. The VC informed the police through the Chief Security Officer of the school and Babalola was arrested. 4/5
