@CSElmendorf @CAgovernor @AGRobBonta The MillerSR guy reviewed this case on his blog Oct 27. He doesn't like the decision either but is less critical/scathing than CSE. I think SD had a chance to fix the problems by doing a full EIR - and they blew it. Also, there could be numerous 100ft bldgs not just one over 30ft
