It’s insane how much life is in aspen forests. This forest supports cattle, deer, moose, bear, grouse. Fresh sign of every one of these. Trails all through it. And it is none the worse for wear. Lots of regen. It’s crazy our government or @BCcattle does not value it.

aspen is an important direct food source for cattle on public range land and an aspen forest will have up to 1000% more forage than conifer forest but you won’t ever find the @BCcattle or anyone in the range department say a word against spraying and brushing aspen.
