@ogdesignsonline Probably easiest if you email us at support@api2pdf.com and follow these steps to give us what we need - it sounds like your css resource is not loading, possibly you have an outage or blocking api2pdf via firewall.

If you are "vibe coding", please check the *actual* api documentation before putting in a support ticket when your AI code does not work.
