@WindowsLatest I use StartAllBack, A small 2MB program that enables a nice start menu and the option of moving the taskbar anywhere you want it, If a 3 Trillion dollar company can't do this but a single part time developer can then that's not a good look for Microsoft.

Just had to use Windows 11 and in personalization there's a button near the bottom that says "Changing taskbar color" and instead if changing the taskbar color it opens up Edge and asks an AI to explain how to do it. How is this a real OS?

@tsoding Spot on. The signs are everywhere. Broken features all over Windows 11. Windows devs complaining it'd be "too hard to make the taskbar move top & to the side". Microsoft's own devs replacing native Windows code with HTML apps in WebView2. I can't fathom how's this possible.

@WindowsLatest A left or right side taskbar is far better than a top or bottom one. Most modern monitors are 1080p or higher and use a widescreen layout, which means vertical space is limited while horizontal space is abundant. Putting the taskbar on the left or right gives users more usable
