Had to go nuclear... @bootyprince420 good example of what a gouging tip is good for. Pitman arm was stuck to the splined output shaft of the steering box. I gouged it clean off without marring the threads.

What do you think of this method? Making a splined miter frame for a sign using the SawStop table saw with the Amana Tool 610801C 80T fine trim blade, RB1020C flat top grind blade and 57187 large flush trim bit to flush up the splines, all available on our website.

This tool sums up standards in the bike industry 😀 5 slightly different sizes of splined bottom bracket fitting - and this is only some of them! I have two drawers full of this kind of tool.

#ThrowbackThursday to the first attempt at a 28mm ScorpionMech. Those claws and tail weapons were barely holding on. I later added a conical splined socket with optional magnetic pockets. Those worked better.
