@TheEconomist I like the this focus not on leader traits but on what a leader knows (in this case, Trump). Below is an additional nontrait perspective on leader competence, with a focus on knowing and applying the right processes (Trump in this case also)

Yield report is in…. .35-.36 pounds of nitrogen per bushel. I’m sure we could’ve added a few more bushels for bragging rights….but better then expected already is an understatement Adaptive management works and pays rather nicely Probably should mention,NonTrait corn too

most of us don't really know who the man Jeff Bezos truly is but his wealth is enough reason to blindly look up to him or any other billionaires for that matter. wealth is the most attractive nontrait of a person that shallow people admire.
