Dude let me write out the signal flow: 1. Busted, rusty tele with old strings 2. Shitty cable into $100 ZOOM multifx 3. 6.35>3.5 into 3.5>usb adapter>usb hub 4. Ardour (ALSA), with some random Lv2 noise reduction 5. monitored with laptop speakers I'm in tears thinking about it.
