@AmericanAir I have been a loyal customer for a LONG time. I know things happen that are out of your control. However, when things are in your control, you should make things right. I just lost almost an entire day with my family. And THEN your customer care team was unhelpful.

@UPS Has the WORST customer service ever!!! I was on the phone with THREE people and NONE of them could help me change the delivery address for a package. UPS won’t allow me to do this myself online and their horrible customer service can’t help me when I call!

@AmericanAir … even when most people trash your airline. I received the absolute worst customer service EVER from your employees today. So rude and unhelpful. I need to be reimbursed for the amount I had to pay AGAIN for the seat and for the one bag I was charged for AGAIN. TY
