Visited Orland Ridge Dairy as part of our study trip. 48 Lely robots milking 3200 Jersey cows. Staff work 6am - 4pm with a married couple that live on locally looking after farm from 4pm -6am Very labour efficient business with high staff retention & excellent cow welfare.
