"What we just saw this morning on the streets of Minneapolis is another outright murder by federal officials," Rep. Seth Moulton (D-Mass.) said. 

Videos quickly emerged showing the fatal shooting of a Minneapolis protester by a Border Patrol agent that has been widely denounced as a case of excessive force carried out by untrained federal officers.

The former president accused the administration of being "eager to escalate the situation," and encouraged Americans to keep protesting for their rights.
