As much as I hate promoting Creality or even mentioning them, the K2Plus has been very reliable. The @MicroSwissLLC flowtech hotend has been fantastic. Just send prints to it and forget and go to bed...wake up to this 👌

...issues with the Prusa XS: not using enough original Mini parts. It was barely a conversion, and really only used the motors and heatbed. For the Core One Mini, I started with the extruder, only changing out the original motor for a lighter one. The gears, hotend, fans, ... 2/5

I haven’t had this issue but it has me curious, so I tested power draw on the Core One L. At idle it is sipping 15.6W on 120v. When first preheating (170c hotend / 120C bed), it draws 650W at 120v. That bed heater is spec’d hotter than I expected.
Anyone had issues with UPS's and the @Prusa3D Core One L? My UPS is fast enough for every other printer and computer in the shop, but the C1L RSOD's claiming AC controller fault #35337 which means it wont recover the print either. Any idea if it can be bypassed???

I spent way more time than I should have on modeling this hotend in #Fusion360 but it was worth it. I used the model to design a fan shroud for it that I'm hoping fits nicely with the toolhead for my IDEX #3DPrinter. I purchased the hotend off Amazon from the ChowThink store.
