Here's the tutorial to Get the perfect Dark/ White mode QS & Notification Panel in OneUI 8/8.5 via Themepark (Goodlock). Copy all the colour code values from the Video/Pics using Circle to search and paste them one by one in themepark.

With Themepark's Latest Update you can finally remove the ugly colour tint from QS Panel 🥳 The contrast gets so much better by customizing the QS panel via Goodlock now.
