@GoibiboSupport .माननीय महोदय मैंने #goibibo से ट्रेन संख्या 12810 में टिकट goconfirmed trip के अंतर्गत बुक कराई जिसमे टिकट कन्फर्म ना होने की स्थिति में डबल रिफंड की बात थी परंतु दुख में साथ कहना पड़ता है कि मैने जो भुगतान किया टिकट कन्फर्म ना होने पर डबल रिफंड प्राप्त नही हुआ।

So i complained about how refund gave two coupon and u can't use both at the same time so one would go waste. As a reward they removed the goconfirmed option from my id. I can't book goconfirmed ticket anymore. @GoibiboSupport @goibibo ❤️ others id vs my id.
@goibibo @GoibiboSupport so I booked a go confirmed train ticket it didn't get confirmed. U refunded around 2k to my bank and 2k as coupon. Sounds good. Now I used that voucher to book next confirmed ticket for which i paid extra 600 for goconf and u refunded me nothing just.

@GoibiboSupport attchd ticket was booked under goconfirmed category in 11w/l. Goconfirmed meant dt if this doesn't get confirmed,I will get 2x refund . Now leave that double refund. I was charged 992rs. whn ticket went waitlisted after chart prepared, I got 830rs refund. frauds

@GoibiboSupport I was charged ₹321 for the GoConfirmed Trip add-on despite meeting the conditions of your ₹1 student offer via UNiDAYS verification (PNR: 2655505816). This seems like a breach of the offer. Kindly address this and refund the overcharged as per agreement

This is regarding the GoIbibo Confirmed programme which firstly tell to provide 2x refund in case of waiting ticket but after the chart got prepared they didn't provide me with the 1x Travel voucher also deducted my Goconfirmed extra charges which paid for ticket @GoibiboSupport

@GoibiboSupport I was booking a train ticket from Jaipur to Howrah for date 21/7/23 with goCONFIRMED booking for train 12308 for 3AC. My amount Rs. 4262 deducted (please refer to trail mail) but booking was not finished neither it's showing failed.
