Special Interest Infodump Day 10: Funskool is an Indian toy company that was partially founded by Hasbro. In the early 2000s, they acquired the Pokemon license and made some cards. They looked well, slightly different than normal cards.

@BigRedHead82 Again great write up. Flint was so cool when he came out the leader all the time during my battles. The Funskool version has a different camo color and darker green bandoliers. The Sideshow is just cool so I threw it in.

@BigRedHead82 Zartan was so great he changed color. It was the coolest thing when he came out. My brother got him and instantly he was a figure that was involved in every battle. Great info and write up. Here is the Funskool version with ridiculous card art and removable hood.

@BigRedHead82 BBQ is an outstanding figure because he was soooo cool looking even though I had no idea why the GI Joe team needed a firefighter. Here is the Funskool version with his alternate color pattern.

@BigRedHead82 GI Joe three stooges 🤣. Classic. The Funskool version has darker pants and boot.

@calel_327 @BigRedHead82 I used to have a loose one but sold. I think this Funskool version is pretty renowned for not being very good quality, torso seldom stays aligned with the legs.

@calel_327 @BigRedHead82 Yar I’ve read the quality differed over the years figure to figure. At present I only own one loose Funskool figure (which I’ll reveal at some point), the quality of that one fine.
