My luggage was damaged on my flight back to YYZ back in February. I sent in the claim and 5 months later I still haven’t heard from @FlySwoop . I am not waiting 2 hours to speak to an agent. I need this resolved

@FlySwoop ok guys. We arrived at YYZ Monday 6pm but our bags never made it. Our air tags show they arrived Tuesday morning…..and they’re still there. How do we get our hands on them? Here’s the screen grab….please help us!
