@KainsRache @LTE_Max Powersaving vom nvidia Treiber ist im default ziemlich beschissen, da sollte man noch NVreg_DynamicPowerManagement=0x02 (und ggf. NVreg_EnableS0ixPowerManagement=1) setzen.

@GamersNexus It might be useful as a desktop if you want to use your dedicated gpu as a passthrough, or just idle it to the side maybe. Probably just enough to run a desktop lol. , hopefully. Nv's DynamicPowerManagement.Haven't messed with it. "Power down the GPU when it is not initialized.".

@jeremy_soller Well , how is that so?. Nv clearly says this is specific to Turing notebooks. While on Windows , there isn't such a restriction. I was asking about it.

@antor Thanks so much for looking into this for me!. I didn't know about `modprobe nvidia "NVreg_DynamicPowerManagement=0x02"`. Thanks for letting me know!. I've just tried it and it doesn't seem to have made a different, unfortunately.
