There’s a reason #ATT is paying settlements. They’re scammers! Here’s a communication from @ATTHelp a few days ago. Their CSR scammed me last week. Scheduled a payment arrangement then shut off my phone. When I called they cut the arrangement by half. Liars! #iPhone17Pro

All carrier here greater Locust Vally area, Long Island NY for Christmas Eve. Very inconsistent speeds. @ATTHelp sucked the big one on the way here on 25A/Local Roads loosing service multiple times. @VerizonSupport and @TMobileHelp on a @CrownCastle DAS good service the whole way

had to file an @FCC complaint bc @ATT @ATTHelp made countless mistakes with our phone & now refuses to give us the money we’re owed for a device we traded in. what a fucking nightmare. almost two full years of going back & forth with no one able to resolve this. WTF?

Our AT&T equipment is in the best place in our house - @atthelp we need more capacity for AT&T Air on Alpine Road in 94028 - it works better at night so it's like being in grad school when we had to get good mainframe time in the middle of the night.

Hey @ATT , @ATTHelp we travelled intl last month and we used data and calls on our first day of travel. We started using it only after we received a confirmation msg that IDP is enabled on my line but you still charged us roaming. Look at screenshot

AT&T took my 10-year New Jersey prepaid number in 2022, even though I had paid and extended it through January 2023. They blamed me. They stonewalled me. This isn’t one mistake, a "pattern" seems to be evolving. #ATTScam #NumberTheft @ATT @ATTHelp @FCC @FTC @AFergusonFTC

7 hours. That's how much time I wasted today trying to get access to my @ATT account. I sat at the retail store with the manager for 3 of those hours so he could experience for himself how inept @ATTHelp is. At one point, they transferred me to Assurant - their warranty provider!
