The New York Post is out with my response to the attack last night by Harvard Professor Laurence Tribe. Putting aside Tribe's signature name calling, I believe Tribe is wrong on the 14th Amendment theory as he has been on a long line of other legal issues.

Pro tip: lawyers at his level and Turley's typically, and perhaps should, sound fairly dry and rational. It's the profession. (I practiced conlaw myself.)
