The New York Post is out with my response to the attack last night by Harvard Professor Laurence Tribe. Putting aside Tribe's signature name calling, I believe Tribe is wrong on the 14th Amendment theory as he has been on a long line of other legal issues.

No, not according to his previous mangling of the Constitution and many other Constitutional attorneys with much better records.
The 14th Amendment theory is the perfect vehicle for the age of rage and Tribe, again, has supplied the perfect rage-filled analysis to support it. ou can be wrong so long as you are righteously and outrageously wrong.

And yet he's been wrong so many times and Turley who's also an expert on the Constitution has been right. Do you think you might be wrong about your judgment of people or are you just going to keep your head in the sand and pretend you're right because it makes you feel better?

A very Tribe-like (tribal?) accusation. Care to cite anything Tribe was correct about that didn't involve name calling? Pro tip: lawyers at his level and Turley's typically, and perhaps should, sound fairly dry and rational. It's the profession. (I practiced conlaw myself.)

Miss Happy, YOU are a disgrace for being a Victorian in disguise. Someone who hates our constitutional republic and seeks a Parliamentary form of government: limited free speech, no guns rights and more questionable public seizures.😸
