With circa 27million homes in need of some kind of Retrofit in the UK, there is an urgent demand for scaling up our approach. Greater Manchester Combined Authority has identified a target of 60,000 retrofits a year and as each year passes these targets necessarily increase.

Walking through Urmston today I'm struck by the empty shops. It reminds me of @tobylloyd at the @CommLandTrusts conference last week, saying it can make commercial sense for landlords to keep property vacant. Anyone want to start an Urmston CLT to counter this?? @IndieUrmston.
