Pt with spinocerebellar ataxia had sig improv with control of momentum walking up ramp with weighted vest. Cool to see evidence in action.

CSM pearl I use daily- Dix and Epley are not velocity dependent, it's the head position in relat to gravity- great for anxious/geriatric pop.
