The @JosePGarza cycle of violence continues.
The suspect allegedly shot someone on the @CapMetroATX bus, and pointed the gun at a child. Then, he went to the library and shot a man inside. Then after that, he rode the bus again, a whopping 3.7 miles to the Brodie Oaks shopping center Starbucks, where he was arrested.
