Sorry but when the name of the hop is this cringe it’s an impediment to actually allowing ourselves to use it in a beer

I can’t help perceiving different hops as having different colors. Mosaic is blue-green. Citra is yellow. Columbus is green with swirly pastel pinks and reds. Simcoe is purple and gold. Nelson is PURPLE.

Anyway it’s the opposite. Mixed culture beer is the quintessential beer. If anything monoculture beer is beer for people who don’t like beer. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Stop framing tart/wild beer as “beer for people that don’t like beer”. This way of speaking somehow manages to diminish the credibility of both sour and “normal” beers simultaneously. Do you see why?.
