Just finished watching House, all 8 series. What a show. Really enjoyed it after a bit of a slow start.

On this day in 2006, @IncubusBand released their sixth studio album, Light Grenades. In at number 52 in the UK album charts but in at number 1 in the US. Its a superb album, Dig is one of my favourite Incubus songs of all time!

On this day in 2005, @thedarkness released their second studio album, One Way Ticket To Hell And Back on @AtlanticRecords It reached number 11 in the UK album charts and i'm a massive fan. The singles were superb but I also love Knockers too!

On this day in 1994 @thebeatles released Live At the BBC The first official release since 1977, the 2 CD set included 30 songs never previously issued and saw the single Baby It's You released The album reached number 1 in the UK & Canada & sold over 2 million in the US

On this day in 2007, @gobband released their fifth studio album, Muertos Vivos on @AquariusRec This was the only album to feature bassist Tyson Maiko who then left the band in 2008. A cracking album, including the singles We're All Dying, Underground & Banshee Song.

On this day in 2012, @ModernBaseball released their debut studio album, Sports, on @LameORecords I first got recommended The Weekend and loved them ever since. Sadly missed the chance to see them live a few years back, lets hope they tour again in the future!

Happy Birthday to Eudora, the compilation album by @thegetupkids released on this day in 2001 on @vagrantrecords The album is basically a number of covers, demos or versions and includes a cover of @neworder Regret and a great cover of Suffragette City!

On this day in 2020, @waterparks released the live album Fandom: Live in the UK on @hopelessrecords Originally scheduled for release to mark the end of the Fandom tour, it's release was delayed due to the pandemic. Recorded live on January 27th 2020 at O2 Academy Birmingham!

On this day in 2020 @SmashingPumpkin released their eleventh studio album, Cyr, on @SumerianRecords More of a synthpop/electronica sound to the album but its still one of my recent favourites! A whopping 20 songs, it only reached number 71 in the UK charts!

On this day in 1995 @Mansunband released their double A side debut single Skin Up Pin Up / Flourella Both tracks were written and produced by @PaulDraper and It reached number 91 in the UK singles chart, who still has a copy?

On this day in 1995 @welovepulp released the amazing single Disco 2000. The third single from Different Class, it was simply an iconic track that is still loved today. It reached number 7 in the UK charts and sold over 600k copies here alone, but reached number 2 in Iceland.

Guess what movie I’m watching now? Not only is a decent film but awesome soundtrack too!
