You'll never get to where God wants you to be by wishing you were in somebody's else's shoes. Run your own race. Don't get stuck in the comparison trap. God's plan for you is perfect and masterfully unique.

You can try to analyze it, rationalize it, explain it, critique it, judge it, disagree with it or even dislike it —but let me save you some time. God chooses whoever he wants. God uses whoever he wants. God opens doors. God shuts doors. God lifts up. God tears down.

If he that is in you is truly greater than he that is in the world, then you get to change the atmosphere you walk into today. Bring heaven to earth. Don’t let the spirit of this world rule your spirit. We don’t belong here. We reside here but are citizens of Heaven.

It’s almost impossible to end up at the right place when you start with the wrong motives.
