Our Feel The Flow event today at Maidstone Hospital, taking time to talk to staff about the importance of the quality benefits that good flow across our sites brings to the organisation, our patients and their families. 🌟 @MTWnhs @TeleTrackingUK

Great collaboration between MTW, KCFHT and SECAMB - day one of going live with our Clinical Pathway Hub. We have already avoided 9 conveyances out of 14 attending ED. @seandbriggs @serviceimpkchft @MTW

I’ve had the pleasure of working with both teams - very well deserved 😍
Put your hands together for our brilliant site managers and the superb team on Ward 12 at Tunbridge Wells Hospital who won the Chief Nurse's Team of the Month award for July! 👏👏👏 They were presented with certificates this week by our Chief Nurse, Jo Haworth (@HaworthJo)

Why NEWS2 scores are not enough to spot a deteriorating patient: Early warning scores give nurses a vital insight into a patient's condition, but baseline measurements and clinical judgement are crucial to detecting deterioration. https://t.co/XKN9Svj3k9

Flexibility in nursing hasn’t always been easy - however we need to urgently respond to changing views.. no one said the NHS long term workforce plan would be easy - but we mustn’t stop trying! @MTWnhs @mtwrecruitment
The NHS Long Term Workforce plan sets out how — by improving culture, leadership and wellbeing — we can ensure up to 130,000 fewer staff leave the NHS over the next 15 years. Hear how some teams are doing this already. 🔽

⚠️Top retention tip for NHS Trusts!⚠️ Closing down bank options in the hope your staff will move to substantive vacant poorly paid roles with terrible shift patterns/working conditions is unlikely to work. There is a reason people have left those jobs in the first place. 🔥🔥🔥
