We have discovered a bug in the v15.30 update that is preventing some players from being able to queue into tournaments. To ensure all eligible players have the opportunity to compete, we are shifting each FNCS Qualifier back one week.

The Solo Cash Cup are being cancelled today in all regions, as they were not originally planned to happen today.
Results from regions that have already concluded will be invalidated.
Our team is concerned for all competitors affected by events in Ukraine.
We understand some may be unable to play in the FNCS Semi-Finals & Finals and will provide impacted competitors in the EU, Asia, and ME server regions opportunities to participate in alternate tournaments.

We're canceling the Friday Nite Bragging Rights, Solo Cash Cup, and Trios Cash Cup due to a bug. We did find a resource demanding workaround and have decided to focus our efforts on FNCS to ensure the completion of Qualifier 2. All original offerings will return next week.

Introducing the Raise the Cup Tournament. Squad up on August 18 in all regions to compete for a chance to win the Raise the Cup Emote before it hits the Item Shop!
Rules:
We are nulling the results of Game 4 & 5 in the EU FNCS Finals due to an error that removed several participating teams from the matches accidentally. These matches will be replayed at the end of tomorrow's Day 2 session. Leaderboards will be corrected after the event concludes.
Due to a bug, there was an scoring exploit in the Box Fight Tournament yesterday. The tournament scoring was compromised so we are invalidating the results. When the mode is ready, we'll run another Box Fight Tournament.
The FNCS Invitational starts May 2nd, 2020 through the rest of the season. Competitors will have an opportunity to qualify to compete against the best of the best from past FNCS Grand Finals for their share of the $2 million prize pool.

The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S will be unable to compete in tournaments temporarily as we work on addressing some issues we found in testing. We'll let you know when these consoles will be able to access tournaments. Arena playlists will still be available.

We'll be revoking the Axe of Champions from all Grand Royale qualified players and granting it back to just the FNCS seasonal winners from this year until Grand Royale has finished.
For FNCS Round 1, follow these steps if you encounter the "Failed to query Tournament Rules" error:
→ Wait until 15-minute time intervals: XX:00, XX:15, XX:30, XX:45
→ Restart your game.
→ Requeue for FNCS Round 1.

The first Solo Cash Cup and Trios Cash Cup of the season (10/3 - 10/4) will only require participants to reach the Contender rank in Arena.
Future Cash Cups will still require the normal Champion rank to participate.

We are voiding the results of the April 30th Contender Cash Cups in all regions. This event will instead be rescheduled for Monday, May 4th in all regions. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
We're canceling all remaining Hype Cups until 16.40 to avoid players getting matched into those events when queueing for Cash Cups. We are also canceling Friday Nite Bragging Rights until 16.40 to avoid conflicts with FNCS. All FNCS Qualifiers and Cash Cups will go on as planned.
