Delighted to hear that Kilronan Special School is among the schools announced this morning as confirmed for major extension/refurbishment. I look forward to seeing the work commence. Much needed and deserved.

⛔ Lough Neagh is the largest freshwater lake in the UK - and, for several months, it has been becoming increasingly green and toxic. ⚠⛔ 💻👉 Here's everything you need to know (in less than 120 seconds)

No wonder this place is on its knees. MO’N as Agricultural Minister did set up working group to look at Lough issue, one of the recommendations was that a public management structure (with council input) be set up. It wasn’t. 10yrs later we’re asking for it at council. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Few things to say about this @BenLowry2 You ignore DUP role in collapse of govt 2016 over RHI Also wasn’t an ILA that got SF and DUP back into government in 2020 it was the reduction of vote share in GE19

It is beyond all comprehension that those other parties who claim to be concerned about the crisis our Lough faces and yet…… People are demanding action. Why have @sinnfeinireland @allianceparty @uuponline not signed this petition?

We must urgently gather MLA’s in the Assembly to talk about #LoughNeagh. So far, only @pb4p have signed our motion to recall the Assembly. Ask your SF, DUP, Alliance, UUP MLA to sign our recall motion. We need to have a public debate and find solutions for this serious issue!

All parties have said they want the Assembly restored. But has your local MLA signed our recall petition? If not, why not? We all must work together to address the issues at Lough Neagh. #LoughNeagh #NIAssembly

@allianceparty have yet to sign SDLP recall motion on Lough Neagh. You cant attack others while not doing your own part. The big question is why havnt they?

It is astounding that - even in light of the ecological disaster unfolding in Lough Neagh - DUP and UUP Cllrs voted *against* a call for an independent Environmental Protection Agency at ABC Council tonight. Complete and utter nihilism. We must start holding polluters to account.

@EoinTennyson I hope Eoin that you and your @allianceparty colleagues will sign the @SDLPlive recall petition so that we can discuss this ‘ecological disaster’ where it could make a real difference. I’m astounded ( and surprised) that you haven’t already. We must stick together on this.

As long as we continue to vote with our hearts, ignoring sense and reason, we will continue to elect incompetent individuals to govern. Incompetent individuals make for incompetent governance. We must accept some blame, they didn’t seize power we gave it to them.

Walking in solidarity with the Springhill / Westrock Massacre families today. Their fight for truth and justice continues still after 51 long and hard years. We will continue to stand with them in opposing the British Government's despicable Bill of Shame. #ScrapTheLegacyBill

Those who believe it’s only paramilitaries guilty of inhumanity need to familiarise themselves with the Hooded Men case. This torture was authorised at ministerial level - 52 years later, the British govt needs to say sorry for torturing its own citizens
