did some limit testing today with my hand, it can last for a decent time without pain, means all the stuff is working finally :D only a matter of time before i hit 100% again

thank you to everyone that gave me wrist advice, i've been working hard to get it back into shape and heal it as fast as possible. it still has pain and can't be overworked but im taking it easy. i'll be back to 100% soon best believe that.

finally got to a doctor for my wrist. -tendinitis . basically nothing i can do but permanently rest my wrist till it’s more healed mixed with PT and spamming naproxen when i play_-_.
