Finding the needle in the haystack of >28K possible isomers, the correct structure of caylobolide A was determined by combination of NMR and total synthesis (just 17 steps). Congrats to Malcolm George and the rest of the team, collab-Craig Butts. @BristolChem @NatureSynthesis
