what… before i had an ed id go 6-8 hrs between meals like.
id have lunch at 12-2 and then dinner at 6-8
unless id been binging id never eat closely together

ive never heard anyone say "i fasted in hour" unless the context was they were aiming for a longer fast but had to break it

i think they mean theyre on their fast and just wanted to show that they’re actually doing it. like if its lunch time and they skip lunch
