Guess who turns 40 tomorrow?! This guy : Big Rig! Every Saturday you can find him at Rockwood Park for 3 hours straight of PT : 5 am run, 6 am ruck & log workout, & finishing with a bootcamp. He led the bootcamp Q today to celebrate 🚚

6 F3 RVA brothers completed a 9.3 mile ruck in honor of D-Day. Their route reflected the distance from Utah Beach to Sainte-Mere-Eglise – a key town that needed to be taken during the invasion. After the 3 hour ruck, they enjoyed some 2nd F (Fellowship) 🇺🇸

Tomorrow we have our Memorial Day Convergence at Tredegar Iron Works (470 Tredegar St, Richmond, VA 23219). Bootcamp from 7 am - 8 am with bagels & coffee onsite after. Park at Belle Isle parking lot just past Tredegar Iron Works at the bottom of the grass hill 🇺🇸

What is School of Rock? A family friendly bootcamp geared towards kids offered once a month at our Rock N Roll AO at Rockwood Park. Yesterday these kids showed their toughness by posting in the rain! 💪🏼
