Rule change #1 : Extra transfers are now -10 points instead of only -4 Seems reasonable, -4 was pretty low. This should make players think harder about how their transfers for this race will affect the next race.

Rule change #2 : No Negative is now applied per scoring category, not just the overall total for the driver or constructor. Good change. No negative didn't have much impact last season and even if you got any value, it didn't feel that good. This change allows for actual tactics.

The new league type is: Head-To-Head Leagues! ⚔️ Here you earn points by scoring more than your sole competitor every race. Sounds fun! Interested to see what they’ll do with the UI for this one...

@mikecronjefish Agreed, it's quite harsh. But it seems like they just like the large luck aspect of it.
