Why is excess mortality negative on one chart, and positive on another chart, for September in Sweden?

Why not include
#Sweden
too? Sweden had a relaxed voluntary distancing approach. There is no correlation between excess mortality and the strictness of measures applied.

It’s not contradictory. My chart is year-to-date. You see it is declining in September.
