People don't realise that @CapeTown's timezone should have been GMT+1, whereas JHB remains GMT+2, meaning JHB is always 1 hour ahead of CPT. But SA decided not to play the DST game, like the EU, UK & US are doing. Therefore, when you drive to CPT, you're driving behind time. 😂
