For those who don't need the extra cargo volume and want to save a significant amount of money, the Model Y is the best family car overall. And it has been awarded for that as well.

The Buzz also doesn’t have a heat pump.
When you fold the rear seats, the BUZZ clearly wins with more space. But with the whole family and all seats in use, the difference isn't as big.

In the summer, you can easily drive a Model Y at or below 15 kWh/100km. Keep in mind that the ID. Buzz needs to heat/cool a larger interior space and lacks a heat pump.

What's the point of a family bus with 5 seats? Currently driving a VW T5 Bus with 9 seats.

You know that you are comparing two completely different vehicle concepts. This is a perfect example, where numbers needs to be put into context. Cargo volume and practicality are two different things.
