Starmer seems to have reached the “please don’t divorce me, or I’ll kill myself” stage of his relationship with the Labour party. Arguably better than his relationship with the electorate TBF 😁

Some of my colleagues appear to believe they were elected to provide a sequel to the years of Tory drama and chaos. They can’t have remembered the ending where an angry and tired electorate booted them out.

Reform may lead the polls, but the #Caerphilly Senedd by-election result shows the mountain they have to climb to win a FPTP election and push Farage into No. 10. Reform led by 2-3% in polls, but left leaning voters coalesced against them to give Plaid Cymru a comfortable win.

Because the idea of not punching their constituents in the face is so radical, I doubt many MPs had considered it until now.
'Hopefully I will be a lesson to others': Former Labour MP Mike Amesbury says he wants to serve as a lesson to others after losing his home and his career when he punched a constituent during a night out almost a year ago. https://t.co/d72mPZL0Hg

NEW: Contrary to most reports, Prince Andrew CAN effectively renounce his title of Duke of York and associated peerages without the need for new legislation or any further action by Parliament or The King. Here's how: (h/t to @davidtorrance) https://t.co/RxbMJNAuv1
