A parent be like “my infant spilled some of they mashed vegetables on accident…” and before they get the rest out, it’s somebody hollering “that would’ve been they last time with me cause I’d slap them in they mouth to teach them respect”
y’all hear “gentle parenting” and think it’s talking to a child in a baby voice until they’re 20 years old, nah bruh just don’t rock bottom Man Man cuz he spilled the Welch’s on the kitchen counter

I don’t know why they would want to brag about abusing their kids. Makes me wonder what they went through as kids, if they think that’s going “easy”.
Some people don’t realize they don’t HAVE to have kids. Nor SHOULD they.

I’m not sure why some people are so proud of being abusive to their kids. I guess they were raised to conflate violence with love.

Last year my folks and an uncle and his family on my mom's side went to Myrtle Beach and hearing about the way my aunt's brother in law was screaming and cussing at his literal infant son about "not being a pussy" set me off

I'm in my thirties, and I still remember so fkin well how unfair it felt that a parent dropping food was alright, but me dropping food was a scandal.
