FINAL: Lexington Catholic defeats Frederick Douglass, 3-2 in 8 innings. Jack White with a walk-off hit. Knights advance to Wednesday's 11th Region Tournament title game against either Madison Central or Sayre. LexCath's bid for a 3rd straight 11th Region title is still alive.
