Only downside is galvanic and blend sessions can take a lot longer, three hours to clear my face versus one hour with thermolysis. But I'd rather take my time and spend the extra cash to ensure I'm not damaging my skin.

Nobody told me before starting electrolysis that there are three different types- galvanic, thermolysis and then a blend. Thermolysis is too hot for the face, that is why so many people get scarring and burns. Just did my first blend session and 0 irritation, highly recommend.
