Top up your water intake #vitaminD #VitaminBComplex and minerals like magnesium in order to prevent fatigue, body aches and lassitude. This would improve exercise endurance, resulting in increased cardiovascular strength. Also, be mindful not to neglect moderate strength training

Balanced diet is critical to health. More importantly reducing carbs is important. Especially hidden carbs, found in wheat, rice, flour. Fruits eaten as they are, are better than fruit juices. Fruit juices should be avoided. Higher protein intake ahould be considered. #Healthcare

Everyone with Atrial Fibrillation deserves to be in sinus rhythm. One must adapt an approach to prevent its progression. Concomittant risk factor modification is equally important in further reducing AF. A combined approach would certainly yield much amplified health benefits
