🚨 SHOCKING service from @DPDgroup! My parcel #1550 3975 458 337 3 is MISSING! It was supposed to be next-day delivery, but it’s been 2 WEEKS! 😡 £300 GONE. No help, no explanation. This is UNACCEPTABLE! #DPD #LostParcel #FailedDelivery #CustomerServiceFail

@dpduk_ my parcel was due Tuesday with £8 next day delivery. It was late with no update, so I changed to a pickup locker, now delivery failed because the lockers aren’t working. You’re retrying to the same broken locker, no option to change address, no callback after 2 calls.

Hmmm almost 12:00pm & still no @dpduk_ delivery tracking for a delivery that is due today 🤔 Tracking still just says: "We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly" No idea if it's coming today or not 🤷
