Just come from a meeting at Gigg Lane on a horrible wet Wednesday. It was buzzing with players of all ages coming and going and training there. In the past it would have been locked up till the next home game, it's amazing to see it as a real community sports hub.

This is incredible to see. This is all our junior teams out playing this weekend. So many boys and girls getting opportunities all run on volunteer power. We have come a long way since 2019! 🤍💙

Incredible to see in black and white. After the dark days of 2019 it's amazing to see not only men's football at Gigg Lane but this supplemented by community activities, junior, disability & recreational football alongside women's football & a range of community initiatives...

Nothing is ever perfect but this club has come a long way. The 3rd FSSB election process has begun & I hope to see candidates with a diverse range of skills, experience, backgrounds & ideas with the drive to develop further. Good luck to all taking part, it's a big job.

Gutted missing a return to Seel Park tonight. Was never a great place for us results wise so hopefully we buck that trend but it's a cracking ground with pretty surrounds (even in the rain). Good luck to all travelling Shakers.

Excellent performance 1st half. Wythenshawe came back at us for spells in the 2nd half but we stuck with the job. Hard to give MOTM to anyone other than DJ for his hat trick. Gutted I can't make Saturday as it feels like the foot is well & truly on the pedal & there are samosas
